What We Do

Our Certified Instructors have been involved in the martial arts for three decades. They complete a three year intensive instructor training LEGACY program through the American Tae Kwon Do Association (ATA) to better serve our students. They are also Oregon State Champions in the martial arts. 

We teach students important Life Skills such as Courtesy, Integrity, Goals, Honor, Self-Control, Loyalty, Attitude, Perseverance, Respect along with confidence, discipline, and leadership.

As a student walks in the door they are greated by our friendly staff of Instructors.

Class begins with physical fitness exercises and stretches, learning a martial art form, and training on a weapon such as the nunchacku (like Bruce Lee uses). As a student progresses in rank they will perform board breaks, spar and learn self defense techniques.
